「心も身体も健康に」をテーマに、クラスを受けた後は身体のスッキリだけでなく、心は更にスッキリ、ポジティブになっていることが特徴のクラスです。初心者や男性も、安心して参加していただけます。
これまで、日本以外でもブルガリア、マルタ、スペイン等でも開催しており、日本語と英語どちらでも対応可能。忙しい日常をひととき忘れ、自分自身と向き合う特別な時間を提供します。

In 2016, I obtained a yoga instructor certification in Maui, Hawaii, and I incorporate the essence of meditation learned from my Nepalese teacher into my yoga classes.
With the theme of “Healthy Mind and Body,” my classes are designed not only to leave your body feeling refreshed but also to uplift your mind, leaving you feeling more positive and invigorated. Beginners and men are also welcome to join with confidence.
I have held classes not only in Japan but also in Bulgaria, Malta, Spain, and other countries, and I offer instruction in both Japanese and English. Take a moment to escape your busy routine and enjoy a special time to reconnect with yourself.
