My journey into self-discovery and purpose began early. I started meditation at the age of 9, and by 11, I asked my mother the profound question, “Why was I born?” Her response, “to make the world a better place,” left me in tears, as I felt that nothing had changed since my birth. That question stayed with me for decades, guiding me on a search for how to truly make a positive impact on the world.
Today, I’ve found my answer. By helping others discover their Ikigai—their unique purpose—and supporting them to making it happen, I believe I can contribute to making the world a better place, one individual at a time.
The Power of Resilience
In February 2023, I survived a life-changing snowboarding accident that left me with partial paralysis. Through rehabilitation, I learned the power of small, consistent efforts. This experience deepened my understanding of resilience and purposeful action.
After an amicable divorce in November 2023, I now live a life of freedom and exploration as a digital nomad. My personal journey has shaped my passion for helping others. As your coach, I will guide you toward realizing your full potential and creating the life you envision.
